Once your building is quoted we can quickly provide you with your "construction package" which shows your building design in every detail.  With this document you can take this to your local permit office to acquire your building permit.  If you are hiring local contractors to install the building and provide your concrete pad you can share this document with them to give you an accurate estimate.
